Aucuba 'Mr. Goldstrike'

'Mr. Goldstrike' is a variegated cultivar featuring deep green leaves with heavy bright yellow blotching. Tiny reddish purple flowers bloom in early spring (March-April) in upright terminal panicles (cymes to 4 1/2" long). This is a male cultivar, so no fruit is produced.

Striking bold color for the shady landscape. Perfect as a shade foundation plant or in a container on a covered porch or patio. Evergreen
